Definition of the right of withdrawal or exchange

You have the option to withdraw or exchange your purchase without having to give a reason within a legal period of fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the goods by yourself or by a third party designated by you, other than the carrier.

To exercise your right of withdrawal or exchange, you must inform us of your wish to withdraw via the online withdrawal or exchange form below. Any return of product(s) to the AGAPARA address, made without prior request via the form available on this page, will not be accepted.

To comply with the withdrawal or exchange deadline, you simply need to send your decision to withdraw or exchange before the deadline expires. In the case of an order for several products delivered separately, the deadline starts from the receipt of the last product.

Effects of withdrawal or exchange

In the event that you are eligible for the right of withdrawal or exchange , you agree to return the product(s) to us no later than fourteen (14) days from the date on which you informed us of the exercise of your right of withdrawal or exchange.

You have two options:

1. In the case of an exchange , it is important to note that this can only be done for a product of the same type. Furthermore, exchanges are not possible for accessories or gift cards. No return or reshipping costs will be charged to you. Please note that any additional delivery costs that you have paid due to the choice of a specific delivery method on the outward journey will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. Furthermore, when the new product(s) are reshipped by AGAPARA, a confirmation email will be sent to you, it will include a package tracking link.
2. In the event of a withdrawal , it is important to note that all products are subject to it, with the exception of gift cards. The refund will be made to the card used for your purchase. In the event of a technical problem preventing this refund, AGAPARA will contact you to offer you a bank transfer. Please note that any additional delivery costs that you have paid due to the choice of a specific delivery method for the outward journey will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. No return or reshipping costs will be charged to you.

Finally, in the event of a total or partial withdrawal of a purchase made in whole or in part with an e-gift card, the refund will be made in the form of a balance credited to your customer account or by the generation of a new gift card. Please note that any additional delivery costs that you have paid due to the choice of a specific delivery method for the outward journey will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

You are only liable for any depreciation of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to identify the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the goods.

In the event that items are found to be missing and/or if the returned package is damaged due to incorrect packaging, AGAPARA may refuse the return or reimburse you in proportion to the damage and losses noted.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal or exchange

The right of withdrawal or exchange cannot be exercised for orders relating to the supply of goods which are not prefabricated but made according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.

General information

1. When admitting your eligibility for the right of withdrawal or exchange , please return the goods to us protected and packaged in their original cartons and boxes and accompanied by all the accessories present when the package was opened such as, where applicable depending on the nature of the goods: the shoe bag(s), etc. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure sufficient protection by using appropriate packaging to prevent damage to the goods during transport. You must take particular care with the packaging of the returned product. It is your responsibility to provide proof of return and compliance with the conditions stated. In addition, the return of products is accepted in their original condition, with the return slip and a photocopy of the purchase invoice. Please note that additional information and documents to be printed for the correct return of your product(s) will be sent to you by email after we have confirmed your right to withdraw or exchange.
2. Upon receipt of packages at our premises , if items are found to be missing and/or if the returned package is damaged due to incorrect packaging, we reserve the right to refuse the return or to issue a partial refund, calculated in proportion to the losses and damages noted, less any additional delivery costs related to the choice of a specific delivery method for the initial shipment.

After receipt and inspection of the returned Product(s) and provided that the return procedures are met, AGAPARA will notify you by e-mail:

• The potential reimbursement of the Product(s);
• Potential confirmation of shipment of the new exchanged product(s).

AGAPARA will refund the return without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date on which it was informed of your decision to withdraw or exchange. AGAPARA nevertheless reserves the right to defer the refund until recovery of the Product(s) or until you have provided proof of shipment of these Products, the date retained being that of the first of these two facts.
