In Spanish laboratories specializing in textile innovation, these resources are transformed using precise oleochemical processes: starches, oils, and sugars are refined and reinvented to create a unique bio-sourced biomass. GMO-free and rigorously traced, this biomass embodies the promise of more responsible luxury from the moment it is created.
Engineers then integrate it into a unique formulation combining polyurethane and recycled polyamide microfiber, a perfect balance between lightness, flexibility, breathability and resistance, providing comfort and elegance to each luxury sneaker.
The polyurethane is applied in a liquid state to the microfiber and the solvents used are completely evaporated upon drying, which guarantees a DMF-free material, healthier for artisans and respectful of the environment.
